Every project is different, but these are the questions we hear most often.
Can I engage you for a single task, like one BOQ?
Yes. Many clients start with a single BOQ, cost estimate or tender comparison, and extend the engagement later if they need it.
How are fees charged?
Depending on scope, fees are a fixed lump sum per deliverable, a monthly retainer for ongoing cost control, or a percentage of project cost for full-lifecycle services. You will get a written fee proposal before any work begins.
Do you work outside Mumbai?
Yes. Remote consultancy is available across India, and on-site services are available across Maharashtra.
What do you need from us to start?
Drawings (PDF or CAD), any existing BOQ or specifications, and a short description of what decisions you need to make. We will tell you if anything else is required.
Can housing societies get an independent estimate for redevelopment?
Yes. We prepare an independent construction cost estimate so the committee can compare developer offers on a like-for-like basis.
